This Beginners Course is ideal for the anyone who would like to dip their toe into the world of CrossFit.

The 4 week program will focus on weight lifting, functional training and gymnastics. It is suitable for absolutely any level; no fitness level or experience, to having some foundations in strength and conditioning. It is a course for learning our Foundation Movements and will have you feeling confident to join our main group CrossFit classes.

The Beginners Classes will run at the start of a selected month (keep your eye on our Social Media or subscribe to our mailing list to be kept up to date with next Bootcamp). The first two weeks classes will be held on Tuesday 7pm and Thursday 7pm. The remainder of the month you will be able to attend any of our regular CrossFit classes. Then a no pressure decision at the end of the month if you would like to continue your membership going forward, it is that easy!
